• Propose the sales strategy for his/her countries, taking into account priority countries, priority products and compliance with the sales and marketing group strategy;
  • Prepare, with the distributor, the local marketing plans for the priority countries;
  • Once marketing plans are approved, set up action plans and executes of the marketing plans;
  • Prepares the yearly budget for his/her countries, in terms of sales
  • Submit price offers to customers after approval from the Regional Director;
  • Execute the sales budget once it is approved and gets orders from the customers;
  • Is responsible for the follow up for invoice payment by distributors;
  • Manage the relationship with distributors sales teams and provide updates to the Regional Director regarding the performance of the distributors;
  • Propose trainings, workshops and congress participation to support the activity of distributors;
  • Track inventory trends at distributors;
  • Analyse and provide field feedback to the Business Units VP’s regarding market trends, market expectations, competition, product feedback, innovations, product launch etc…;
  • Develop and manage direct contacts and relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and leading hospitals and users;
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of local healthcare systems, regulations and potential impact on business;
  • Provide rationale for registration requests to have them approved by the Regional Director;
  • Work in close cooperation with the Regional Director to organize approved trainings for the distributors and for the team, as well as congress and exhibition participation.
